Bilingual Sales Associate

We are looking for a bilingual Sales associate, a full-time position, up to 40 hours weekly, includes all Saturdays.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

• Greeting customers and assist them with purchase of goods and services;
• Ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction through strong customer service;
• Prepare sales transactions using a web based POS system, process cash/card payments;
• Participate in promotional activities including trade shows and customer loyalty;
• Help in creating store displays and maintain a clean work place;
• Perform service after sales, refunds and exchanges;
• Handle customer queries and complaints;
• Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;
• Participate in loss prevention and be vigilant at all times;
• To update knowledge and become familiar with new products and services;

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Very good skills in sales and customer service;
• Comfortable working with public;
• Professional attitudes and behaviors, skills for teamwork, autonomy, dynamism, interpersonal skills, honesty, flexibility, punctual, sense of initiative, good listener, stress management, empathy, judgment, discretion, passion and dependable;
• Fluently bilingual in both English and French (spoken and written);
• Ability in communication, problem solving;
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Bench Jeweller / Goldsmith

We are looking to expand our dynamic team to include a skilled and open minded individual who will meet our high standards of excellence. Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with general jewellery bench repairs such as:

• Chain, ring and other jewellery repair
• Sizing
• Soldering
• Creating mounts
• Stone setting
• Rebuilding and re-tipping claws
• Polishing in variety of metals
• Watch battery
• CAD skill as well as engraving (MagicArt) is an asset.

Job type: Full-time or Part-Time, including few Saturdays

Required Language: English (French is an asset)

Salary: Starting at $ 16 / hour depending of experience and quality of work

Start Date: Immediately

This position requires basic knowledge of customer service and willing to work in a collaborative fast paced work environment with other employees and customers.
